Shipping

There are two ways in which we can deliver your goods to you - Standard Delivery, which usually takes 2-5 days, or Express Delivery, to arrive with you in 1-2 days, but usually on the next day.

Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £50 and over.

We charge £3.99 for Standard UK delivery on orders under £50.

We deliver mostly through our distribution partner Parcelforce, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).

On some occasions, products may be sent out from either of our retail locations, and so may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

We’re Sorry, but we can’t deliver to BFPO addresses.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects an order you place, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows, though we have chosen Parcelforce to deliver our goods because we believe they offer our customers the very best service.

Express Delivery

We can ship to you for the following day, as long as your order is with us by 12.00pm GMT.

We charge £5.99 for Express Delivery.

Next day delivery is available for Monday to Friday delivery. - if you buy on Friday before 12.00pm it’s likely your products will be delivered on Monday.

Similarly, if you buy at the weekend it’s likely your products will be processed on the following Monday and so arrive on Tuesday.

Some very remote or rural areas may not receive goods the next day, but Piccola and our distribution partners will do everything possible to meet our time scales.

Some exceptionally large items are not eligible for next day delivery – we will contact you to discuss our options if this ever affects your order.

International Delivery

Piccola is a UK based business, providing a service for shoppers in Great Britain.

We’d like to offer international delivery, but we have found that it’s not that economical for our customers, and, as items are difficult to track, it’s often subject to problems.
